The Channahon facility was added into the Xylem LTD family in 1999 and now sits on approximately 9 acres to serve our greater Chicagoland area customers. With great customer service and quality material this location has grown exponentially over the last 20+ years. Sitting along the Illinois River, this location has become a pivotal area for multiple barge deliveries of both rock and mulch to our yard throughout the year. Debbie offers a wealth of knowledge on the 30 + bulk rock and decorative stone options as well as the 9 bulk mulches that are produced and distributed out of this yard. Recently we have added in bulk compost and topsoil protected under a covered dome. And to ensure we are close to a one stop shop, we also offer landscaping fabric and pins, straw blankets, edging and SRW sealers and sand and even grass seed.
